1. Shipping Locations We deliver to all states within Nigeria. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Lagos State: 1-3 business days.
- Other States: 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors, such as weather or logistics disruptions.
4. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight or size of your order. The applicable fees will be displayed during checkout.

6. Delivery Attempts Our delivery partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or the recipient’s unavailability, it will be returned to our warehouse. Reshipping may incur additional charges.
